Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within the contiguous US.

If it's not right for your space, we'll make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, use the link in your order confirmation email. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Items need to be in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Every Miutti product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something's off, email us at hello@miutti.com with a photo or short video and we'll sort it out.

This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear. Though solid oak and cotton rope hold up better than most things in your home.
